I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning hotel, and I was absolutely blown away by its beauty. From the moment I walked in, I was mesmerized by the intricate tilework, the warm ambient lighting, and the elegant arches that gave the place an authentic, luxurious feel. Every corner of the hotel felt like a scene from a postcard—vibrant colors, handcrafted décor, and a perfect blend of tradition and modern comfort. The courtyard was my favorite spot, with its peaceful fountain and lush greenery creating such a serene atmosphere. The rooms were equally impressive, featuring gorgeous Moroccan-style furniture, soft lighting, and breathtaking views. It truly felt like a hidden oasis. Beyond the aesthetics, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Whether it was enjoying traditional Moroccan tea in the lounge or relaxing by the beautifully designed pool, every moment here felt magical. The experience at Four Seasons Kasr Albahr was truly exceptional, despite some facilities such as the spa and kids' club being still unavailable during my stay. The kids' club was particularly important to us, however, the exceptional level of attention and service provided by the team above expected. I must commend the exceptional care and attention to detail demonstrated by your team members, especially Ms. Safiya. Her proactive approach in ensuring our needs and preferences were met even before our arrival was truly commendable. I also thank other team members like Fairouz, Ayoub and Concierge, restaurant reception. Upon arrival, we were greeted with unparalleled hospitality. The level of service we received was unlike any other hotel we have visited worldwide. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, especially when it came to our child. There was special welcome surprise in our room, including a cake and treats for our little one, along with a well-equipped setup for our child's needs, truly touched our hearts. From sterilizers to milk warmers, Robe and slippers everything was meticulously arranged, not to mention the cozy bed with a luxurious blanket provided for his comfort. As for the palace itself, it is a grand masterpiece with awe-inspiring architecture and intricate design details that are a feast for the eyes. Every corner exudes artistic brilliance and magnificence. It’s in the center with great view In conclusion, our stay was nothing short of extraordinary, and I highly recommend your hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable experience. I am confident that any guest who chooses to stay at your establishment will have a memorable and delightful time, given the excellent facilities and service provided.
